John's 66
As it was just after moving down form NY.
Some of our old friends might remember it from every drag strip and race way in Long Island.
Historical Information, Action Automotive Inc. :
1986  John (President / Lead Technician) began working on cars.
1988 John attended schooling for automotive technology.
1989-1990   Participated in the co-op program.
1990 The Mann family moved to NC from Long Island NY.
1992 - 1994 John worked for one of the largest independent High End repair shop as a Jaguar tech.
1994 John wanted to follow his heart and return to the hot rods that he loves so much.
1995  Action Automotive opened to the public.
1996  Incorporated.
2001 Expanded into small scale machining.
2003 Continuing to operate and looking for new space to expand.
2004  We accepted an offer from The Charleston Group to move our operation to 
Brentwood Rd. during Jennifer's teenier as executive manager of the U-Store-It  Complex. 
By making this lateral move, we not only expand our space capacity, but we can now offer storage bays for customer cars.
2005 Construction to the new location is complete!!!!
Re-opening is was Feb. 23rd.
 2007 We are planning to start up the "Action A.I. casual cruse in" again this spring.
This web page was created to tell people about who we are & what we do.
All of our customers come from referrals.
